Dr. Sarah Porter (she/her) is an adjunct professor of Student Development at Austin Community College, a licensed psychologist, and the founder of a workplace training and consulting practice in which she translates the latest behavioral science research into actionable strategies that increase individual and organizational well-being. She is an experienced in-person and virtual speaker (550 speaking events and counting!) who is just as comfortable facilitating a work session for five or giving a keynote to an audience of 2,500. With her track record of success as a college professor, director of university wellness programming, management consultant for a Big Four professional services firm, and therapist, Dr. Porter brings a unique perspective to her work: She understands how soft skills development is critical to thriving personally and professionally.
